in this world wants to be healthy and fit and definately you also
want the same but for that we need to have proper time which is not
possible in today's world as for us competition, growth, high salary
have become more important than our health.
I
just want to draw your attention toward a famous quote that say “
Health
is Wealth”.
So if you are healthy, fit then you can achieve anything
you
want to.
So,
if u want to restore your wealth then below given are the 10 simple
things you can do to get healthy and stay healthy.
First
step to make your body a healthy body is a healthy breakfast. Have
some proper food so that you feel energetic rest day. It
is a meal that provides the opportunity to eat a serving of whole
grains, a digestible protein, and have a serving or two of fruit.
Studies have shown, for example, that people can lower their
cholesterol by eating breakfast.If you are trying to improve your
diet and nutrition and stay healthy as you age, eat a good breakfast
every day.
2.Drink
Water
Second
step to stay fit and healthy is drinking water. If you don't do this
start doing this from today onwards.
Drinking
water also help you in making your skin healthy. You should atleast
have 8 to 10 glasses of water.While
we get water in many foods we eat and beverages we drink, pure water
is often the best form to ingest.A recent study surveyed peoples of
various aches and pains, energy levels and sense of well-being. When
they were instructed to drink 8 glasses of water a day and their
symptoms were reevaluated, notable improvements were seen in improved
energy levels, fewer aches and pains, and generally improved sense of
health. So my friends start having water as it is not much expensive
and good for health also.
3.Take
a Good Quality Multivitamin/Mineral Supplement
Third
step in making your body healthy is having good quality of
multivitamin/mineral supplement. I am not saying to have that
suppliment which increase your muscles and make you a body builder. A
good quality supplement, in my opinion, contains higher levels of
antioxidant vitamins and minerals. It also balances the minerals and
vitamins.
4.Connect
with Other People
By
our very nature, we
humans
are social animals and
onnecting
with other people and forming bonds of communication nourish our
emotional and spiritual health as much as a healthy diet nourishes
our bodies.In
this day and age, people can become increasingly cut off from others,
leading to an increase in the prevalence of depression and feelings
of isolation.Expressing our love and affection to our partners and
loved ones on a regular basis promotes intimacy and opens our
hearts.Becoming involved in neighborhood organizations and groups
that share our common interests increases our connections with our
neighbors and creates bonds with those in our community, growing our
circle of friends.Make an effort to connect with others on a daily
basis and I guarantee your happiness and sense of wellness will
increase.
5.Express
Your Emotions Appropriately

holding
in emotions or expressing them in inappropriate ways this
basically
leads
to health imbalances which may also
lead to illness, unable
to
express our positive and negative emotions in appropriate ways can be
as preventive as exercising or eating a balanced diet. In our
society, it
takes awareness and careful choices of words as the expression of
"negative" emotions such as anger or sadness which
is
often discouraged socially. Nonetheless, it is important to be in
touch with our feelings and to express them in an authentic way and
this our fourth step that leads to a healty life.
6.Eat
Fruits and Vegetables
Fifth
step to make your body and your life healthy is to have good amount
of food and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables supply many nutrients
that are important for your health and emphasize vegetables in your
meals, and choose fruits for snacks or dessert.At lunch and dinner,
aim for half of your plate being vegetables and I don't mean french
fries! And always go for fresh vegetables because frozen one doesn't
have fair amount of nutrients.
7.Spend
at Least 30 Minutes Outdoors
Everyone
knows that we need vitamin D to make our bones stong and for that we
definately need calcium but
we
should concentrate on what nature has given us. Yes!!! Sunlight . Do
you know that it is very important for body, our bodies make Vitamin
D when our skin is exposed to sunlight.There is strong evidence for a
protective effect of Vitamin D on healthy bone density, muscle
weakness, more than a dozen types of internal cancers, multiple
sclerosis and Type 1 Diabetes.When we are outdoors we tend to be more
active by walking, hiking, and enjoying other physical

every day you can accomplish several simple healthy tips at once!
8.Do
something physically active
This
is one of the common thing that we actually hear from everyone to who
so ever we have ever asked that i want to be fit, what should i do to
keep my self fit? The answer is always try to do some physical
activity that will help you and
study
also says samething.Follow few steps to make your self fit.
- Play
- Walk 15 minutes away from your house and then return
- Integrate little walks and activities into your daily routines
- Be more active with your household
- Participate in classes to improve your fitness
9.Take
some quiet time for yourself
Sometime
taking out some time for yourself could be useful for health. This
quiet time is basically for doing yoga or meditation that will help
you in finding inner peace, which is very essential for your body.
Give atleast 10 to 15 minute to meditation and you will definately
see the changes in you. It gives inner strength that also sometime
helps you in the worst time of your life.
10.Keep
regular sleep hours.

and sleep problems are major complaints from people these days.Every
night we see ads on TV for sleep aids. Clearly, the promotion of
